s 25 Chief Executive
(1) The Minister shall appoint a person, designated as the “Chief Executive”, to be the principal executive officer of the Corporation, and shall vest in him such powers and impose upon him such duties as may be determined by the Act.
(2) The Chief Executive shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of the functions and the day-today affairs of the Corporation.
(3) The Chief Executive shall have general control of the officers and servants of the Corporation.
(4) The Chief Executive shall perform such further duties as the Board or the Minister may direct from time to time.
(5) In discharging his duties, the Chief Executive shall act under the general authority and directions of the Board.
(6) If the Chief Executive is temporarily absent from Malaysia or is unable through illness or any other reason, to perform his duties, the Deputy Chief Executive shall carry out the duties of the Chief Executive during such temporary absence or inability.

Ketua Eksekutif
(1) Menteri hendaklah melantik seorang, yang ditetapkan sebagai “Ketua Eksekutif”, menjadi pegawai eksekutif utama Perbadanan, dan hendaklah meletakhakkan padanya apa-apa kuasa dan mengenakan ke atasnya apa-apa kewajipan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Akta.
(2) Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi pentadbiran dan pengurusan secara keseluruhan fungsi-fungsi dan hal ehwal harian Perbadanan.
(3) Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah mempunyai kawalan am ke atas pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan.
(4) Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan tambahan yang diarahkan oleh Lembaga atau Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(5) Dalam menunaikan kewajipannya, Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah bertindak di bawah kuasa dan arahan am Lembaga.
(6) Jika Ketua Eksekutif tidak ada di Malaysia buat sementara atau tidak berupaya oleh sebab sakit atau apa-apa sebab lain untuk melaksanakan kewajipannya, Timbalan Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah menjalankan kewajipan Ketua Eksekutif semasa Ketua Eksekutif tidak ada buat sementara atau tidak berupaya.
