s 96 Registration of skills training provider after the commencement of this Act
Any person or group of persons who, immediately before the appointed date, was carrying out skills training activities which were eligible for loan facilities from the Skills Development Fund
managed by the Skills Development Fund Division of the Ministry responsible for human resources may continue to do so during the period of twelve months from the appointed date, but during that period such person or group of persons shall, as soon as practicable, apply for registration under this Act.

Pendaftaran penyedia latihan kemahiran selepas permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini
Mana-mana orang atau kumpulan orang, yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan, sedang menjalankan aktiviti latihan kemahiran yang layak mendapat kemudahan pinjaman daripada Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran yang diuruskan oleh Bahagian Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran di bawah Kementerian yang bertanggungjawab mengenai sumber manusia boleh meneruskan berbuat demikian selama tempoh dua belas bulan dari tarikh yang ditetapkan, tetapi selama tempoh itu orang tersebut atau kumpulan orang itu hendaklah, secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan, memohon untuk pendaftaran di bawah Akta ini.
