s 80 Returns of Langkawi company
(1)βThe Registrar may, as the circumstances deem necessary by written notice, require a Langkawi company to lodge with the Registrar a return in respect of that company for a particular calendar year.
(2) The return shall contain prescribed particulars and be in accordance with the form as prescribed for the purpose or as near thereto as circumstances permit, and shall be signed by a director or secretary of the company.
(3) If a Langkawi company fails to comply with this section, the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit. Default penalty.

Penyata syarikat Langkawi
(1) Pendaftar boleh, sebagaimana dalam hal keadaan yang disifatkan perlu melalui notis bertulis, menghendaki suatu syarikat Langkawi untuk menyerahkan kepada Pendaftar suatu penyata berkenaan dengan syarikat itu bagi suatu tahun kalendar tertentu.
(2) Penyata itu hendaklah mengandungi butir yang ditetapkan dan mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan bagi maksud itu atau yang seberapa hampir dengannya sebagaimana hal keadaan membenarkan, dan hendaklah ditandatangani oleh seorang pengarah atau setiausaha syarikat itu.
(3) Jika sesuatu syarikat Langkawi tidak mematuhi seksyen ini, syarikat itu dan tiap-tiap pegawai syarikat itu yang ingkar melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini.
Penalti: Sepuluh ribu ringgit. Penalti ingkar.
