s 16 Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall meet as often as may be necessary in a year for the performance of its functions.
(2) The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Council.
(3) A meeting of the Council shall be convened by the Chairman by notice in writing to the other members and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in the notice.
(4) The quorum of the Council shall be five.
(5) The decision of the Council shall be by majority votes, and where there is an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.

Mesyuarat Majlis
(1) Majlis hendaklah bermesyuarat seberapa kerap yang perlu dalam setahun bagi melaksanakan fungsinya.
(2) Pengerusi hendaklah mempengerusikan semua mesyuarat Majlis.
(3) Sesuatu mesyuarat Majlis hendaklah dipanggil oleh Pengerusi melalui notis secara bertulis kepada anggota lain dan mesyuarat itu hendaklah diadakan pada masa dan di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu.
(4) Kuorum Majlis ialah lima orang.
(5) Keputusan Majlis hendaklah melalui undi majoriti, dan jika terdapat bilangan undi yang sama banyak, Pengerusi hendaklah mempunyai undi pemutus.
