s 18 Committees

The Council may establish committees consisting of members of the Council or persons who are not members of the Council or a combination of both to advise or assist the Council on such matters concerning its functions as it may consider necessary in performing its functions under this Act.

Jawatankuasa

Majlis boleh menubuhkan jawatankuasa yang terdiri daripada anggota Majlis atau orang yang bukan anggota Majlis atau gabungan kedua-duanya untuk menasihati atau membantu Majlis atas apaapa perkara berkenaan dengan fungsinya yang difikirkannya perlu dalam melaksanakan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini.
