s 27 Notice to owner, etc.
(1) Upon determining to designate a site as a heritage site, the Commissioner shall, at least sixty days before making the designation, give a written notice in the form and manner as prescribed by the Commissioner to the owner of the site of the intention to register the site as a heritage site.
(2) As soon as possible after giving notice under subsection (1) the Commissioner shall—
(a) cause to be published in the Gazette and a local newspaper—
(i) a notice of intention to designate the site as a heritage site; and
(ii) any other matters constituting or relating to the designation which in his opinion is desirable to publish; and
(b) file a notice of intention to designate the site as a heritage site at the land office where the site is situated.

Notis kepada pemunya, dsb.
(1) Apabila penentuan dibuat untuk menetapkan suatu tapak sebagai tapak warisan, Pesuruhjaya hendaklah, sekurang-kurangnya enam puluh hari sebelum membuat penetapan itu, memberikan suatu notis bertulis mengikut bentuk dan cara yang ditetapkan oleh Pesuruhjaya kepada pemunya tapak tentang niat untuk mendaftarkan tapak itu sebagai tapak warisan.
(2) Dengan seberapa segera yang mungkin selepas memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen (1) Pesuruhjaya hendaklah—
(a) menyebabkan disiarkan dalam Warta dan akhbar tempatan—
(i) suatu notis niat untuk menetapkan tapak itu sebagai suatu tapak warisan; dan
(ii) apa-apa perkara lain yang membentuk atau yang berhubungan dengan penetapan itu yang pada pendapatnya wajar disiarkan; dan
(b) menfailkan suatu notis niat untuk menetapkan tapak itu sebagai suatu tapak warisan di pejabat tanah tempat tapak itu terletak.
