s 32 Notice to local planning authority
The Commissioner shall notify the local planning authority for the area of the local authority where the heritage site is situated of the designation of the heritage site so that the local planning
authority shall take into consideration any matter, policy, strategy or plan of action pertaining to the interest of the heritage site in preparing any development plan in that local authority area under the Town and Country Planning Act 1976 in Peninsular Malaysia or the relevant State laws in Sabah and Sarawak.

Notis kepada pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan
Pesuruhjaya hendaklah memberitahu pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan bagi kawasan pihak berkuasa tempatan tempat tapak warisan itu terletak tentang penetapan tapak warisan itu supaya pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan hendaklah mengambil kira apa-apa perkara, dasar, strategi atau pelan tindakan berhubung dengan kepentingan tapak warisan itu dalam menyediakan apa-apa rancangan pembangunan dalam kawasan pihak berkuasa tempatan itu di bawah Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976 di Semenanjung Malaysia atau undang-undang Negeri yang berkaitan di Sabah dan Sarawak.
