National Heritage Act 2005 s 44
(1) An owner of a heritage site may, with the approval and subject to such conditions as the Commissioner may impose, charge an entrance fee into the heritage site. (2) Where the Commissioner has contributed towards the expense of conservation and preservation of any heritage site, the Commissioner may impose a levy on the entrance fee received by the owner of that heritage site and any levy paid by such owner shall be paid into the Fund.
Kuasa untuk mengenakan fi masuk
(1) Seseorang pemunya tapak warisan boleh, dengan kelulusan dan tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang dikenakan oleh Pesuruhjaya, mengenakan fi masuk ke tapak warisan itu. (2) Jika Pesuruhjaya telah menyumbang kepada belanja pemuliharaan dan pemeliharaan mana-mana tapak warisan, Pesuruhjaya boleh mengenakan suatu levi ke atas fi masuk yang diterima oleh pemunya tapak warisan itu dan apa-apa levi yang dibayar oleh pemunya itu hendaklah dibayar ke dalam Kumpulan Wang.
