s 62 Possession, custody or control of moveable underwater cultural heritage
(1) Where it appears to the Commissioner that a person is in or may have had possession, custody or control of any moveable underwater cultural heritage or part of an underwater cultural heritage the Commissioner may, by notice in writing to the person, require the person within the specified time in the notice furnish him with the full information of such moveable underwater cultural heritage.
(2) Where the person has ceased to have such possession, custody or control of the moveable underwater cultural heritage, the person shall give the Commissioner particulars of the circumstances in which he ceased to have the possession, custody or control of such moveable underwater cultural heritage.
(3) Where the person has transferred such possession, custody or control of the moveable underwater cultural heritage to another person, he shall give to the Commissioner the name and address of the person to whom such possession, custody or control of such moveable underwater cultural heritage was transferred.
(4) Any person who fails to comply with any of the requirements under this section commits an offence.

Milikan, jagaan atau kawalan warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih
(1) Jika didapati oleh Pesuruhjaya bahawa seseorang adalah atau mungkin pernah mempunyai milikan, jagaan atau kawalan ke atas apa-apa warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih atau sebahagian daripada warisan kebudayaan di bawah air Pesuruhjaya boleh, melalui notis secara bertulis kepada orang itu, menghendaki orang itu dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu memberikan kepadanya maklumat penuh mengenai warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih itu.
(2) Jika orang itu telah terhenti mempunyai milikan, jagaan atau kawalan ke atas warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih itu, orang itu hendaklah memberi Pesuruhjaya butir-butir tentang hal keadaan yang dia terhenti mempunyai milikan, jagaan atau kawalan ke atas warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih itu.
(3) Jika orang itu telah memindahmilikkan milikan, jagaan atau kawalan ke atas warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih itu kepada orang lain, dia hendaklah memberi Pesuruhjaya nama dan alamat orang yang kepadanya milikan, jagaan atau kawalan warisan kebudayaan di bawah air boleh alih itu dipindahmilikkan.
(4) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana kehendak di bawah seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan.
