s 68 Nomination as National Heritage
Any person may nominate to the Minister in the prescribed form any natural heritage, tangible or intangible cultural heritage, living person or underwater cultural heritage to be declared as a National Heritage.

Penamaan sebagai Warisan Kebangsaan
Mana-mana orang boleh menamakan kepada Menteri mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan apa-apa warisan semula jadi, warisan kebudayaan ketara atau tidak ketara, orang yang hidup atau warisan kebudayaan di bawah air untuk diisytiharkan sebagai Warisan Kebangsaan.
