This Part is made pursuant to Clause 1(b) of Article 76 of the Federal Constitution for the purpose of promoting uniformity of the laws of the States of Malaysia relating to treasure trove.

Bahagian ini dibuat menurut Fasal 1(b) Perkara 76 Perlembagaan Persekutuan bagi maksud menggalakkan keseragaman undang-undang bagi Negeri-Negeri di Malaysia yang berhubungan dengan harta karun.
