s 78 When treasure trove vests in State Government
When a declaration has been made in respect of any treasure trove under section 77, such treasure trove shall vest in and belong to the State Government.

Apabila suatu pengisytiharan telah dibuat berkenaan dengan mana-mana harta karun di bawah seksyen 77, harta karun itu hendaklah terletak hak pada dan menjadi kepunyaan Kerajaan Negeri.
