s 85 Minister may prescribe the necessary procedure

Where a foreign heritage item is brought into Malaysia by any means, the Minister may prescribe the necessary procedure and methods of safekeeping and may direct the Commissioner accordingly to comply with such directions.

Jika suatu butiran warisan asing dibawa masuk ke Malaysia mengikut apa-apa cara, Menteri boleh menetapkan tatacara dan kaedah penyimpanan selamat yang perlu dan boleh mengarahkan Pesuruhjaya supaya mematuhi arahan itu dengan sewajarnya.
