s 92 Information of stolen heritage item
(1) Any information on any stolen or lost of heritage item which has been received by the police shall be communicated to the Commissioner.
(2) Upon receiving the information under subsection (1) the Commissioner shall notify the registered dealers the list and description of such stolen or lost heritage item.
(3) If any property answering to the list and description is in the possession of any registered dealer or which has been offered or shown to any registered dealer, he shall without any delay give information to that effect at the nearest police station or to any police officer, with the name and address of the person from whom he acquired or who offered or showed him the same.
(4) Any registered dealer who fails to give information required under subsection (3) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(5) The registered dealer in such case may detain the person offering or showing such item to him until the arrival of the police.

Maklumat mengenai butiran warisan yang dicuri
(1) Apa-apa maklumat mengenai apa-apa butiran warisan yang dicuri atau hilang yang telah diterima oleh polis hendaklah disampaikan kepada Pesuruhjaya.
(2) Apabila menerima maklumat di bawah subseksyen (1) Pesuruhjaya hendaklah memberitahu peniaga berdaftar senarai dan perihalan butiran warisan yang dicuri atau hilang itu.
(3) Jika apa-apa harta yang menepati senarai dan perihalan berada dalam milikan mana-mana peniaga berdaftar atau yang telah ditawarkan atau ditunjukkan kepada mana-mana peniaga berdaftar, dia hendaklah tanpa apa-apa kelengahan memberikan maklumat yang bermaksud sedemikian di balai polis yang paling hampir atau kepada mana-mana pegawai polis, dengan nama dan alamat orang yang daripadanya dia memperoleh atau yang menawarkan atau menunjukkan kepadanya butiran warisan yang dicuri atau hilang itu.
(4) Mana-mana peniaga berdaftar yang tidak memberikan maklumat yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (3) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
(5) Peniaga berdaftar dalam hal itu boleh menahan orang yang menawarkan atau menunjukkan butiran itu kepadanya sehingga ketibaan polis.
