s 98 Power to investigate
An enforcement officer or a police officer shall have the power to investigate any offence under this Act.

Kuasa untuk menyiasat
Seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa atau seseorang pegawai polis hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk menyiasat apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
