Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 14
The revocation of an individual licence under section 13 shall take effect on— (a) a date specified by the Minister in the written notice given under subsection 13(4); or (b) if no date is specified in the written notice given under subsection 13(4), on the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the notice is served on the individual licensee.
Tarikh berkuat kuasanya pembatalan lesen individu
Pembatalan suatu lesen individu di bawah seksyen 13 hendaklah berkuat kuasa pada— (a) suatu tarikh yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri dalam notis bertulis yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 13(4); atau (b) jika tiada tarikh dinyatakan dalam notis bertulis yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 13(4), apabila tamatnya tiga puluh hari dari tarikh notis itu disampaikan kepada pemegang lesen individu itu.
