s 15 Publication of revocation of individual licence
(1) Where the revocation of an individual licence has taken effect, the Commission shall, as soon as practicable, cause the revocation to be published in at least one national language and one English language national daily newspaper for at least three consecutive days.
(2) Any delay or failure to publish the notice of revocation shall not in any manner affect the validity of the revocation.
(3) The Minister and the Commission shall not be liable for any action, loss or damage arising from or occasioned by the publication of the notice referred to in subsection (1).

Penyiaran pembatalan lesen individu
(1) Jika pembatalan suatu lesen individu telah berkuat kuasa, Suruhanjaya hendaklah, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan, menyebabkan supaya pembatalan itu disiarkan dalam sekurangkurangnya satu surat khabar harian nasional bahasa kebangsaan dan satu surat khabar harian nasional bahasa Inggeris untuk sekurangkurangnya tiga hari berturut-turut.
(2) Apa-apa kelengahan atau kegagalan dalam menyiarkan notis pembatalan itu tidak boleh dalam apa-apa cara pun menjejaskan kesahan pembatalan itu.
(3) Menteri dan Suruhanjaya tidaklah bertanggungan bagi apaapa tindakan, kerugian atau kerosakan yang berbangkit daripada atau yang disebabkan oleh penyiaran notis yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1).
