Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 146
(1) The amount of compensation, if any, payable under section 141 or 144 shall be assessed by the Land Administrator after such enquiry as he thinks sufficient. (2) A person aggrieved with the Land Administrator’s assessment may within twenty-one days after the assessment appeal to the State Authority whose decision shall be final.
Pampasan
(1) Jumlah pampasan, jika ada, yang kena dibayar di bawah seksyen 141 atau 144 hendaklah ditaksirkan oleh Pentadbir Tanah selepas apa-apa siasatan yang difikirkannya memadai. (2) Seseorang yang terkilan dengan taksiran Pentadbir Tanah boleh dalam masa dua puluh satu hari selepas taksiran itu merayu kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang keputusannya adalah muktamad.
