s 162 Additional powers
An authorized officer shall, for the purposes of the execution of this Act or its subsidiary legislation, have power to do all or any of the following:
(a) to require the production of records, accounts, computerized data and documents kept by a licensee or other person and to inspect, examine and to download from them, make copies of them or take extracts from them;
(b) to require the production of any identification document from any person in relation to any case or offence under this Act or its subsidiary legislation; and
(c) to make such inquiry as may be necessary to ascertain whether the provisions of this Act or its subsidiary legislation have been complied with.

Kuasa tambahan
Seorang pegawai diberi kuasa hendaklah, bagi maksud melaksanakan Akta ini atau perundangan subsidiarinya, mempunyai kuasa untuk melakukan semua atau mana-mana yang berikut:
(a) menghendaki pengemukaan rekod, akaun, data berkomputer dan dokumen yang disimpan oleh pemegang lesen atau orang lain dan untuk memeriksa, meneliti dan untuk memuat turun daripadanya, membuat salinannya atau mengambil cabutan daripadanya;
(b) menghendaki pengemukaan mana-mana dokumen pengenalan daripada mana-mana orang berhubung dengan mana-mana kes atau kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau perundangan subsidiarinya; dan
(c) membuat apa-apa siasatan yang perlu untuk memastikan sama ada peruntukan Akta ini atau perundangan subsidiarinya telah dipatuhi.
