Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 6
(1) Any person may apply to the Minister for an individual licence to be granted to him under section 9 by submitting a written application to the Commission. (2) An application under this section may be withdrawn at any time before it is granted or refused.
Permohonan untuk lesen individu
(1) Mana-mana orang boleh memohon kepada Menteri supaya suatu lesen individu diberikan kepadanya di bawah seksyen 9 dengan mengemukakan suatu permohonan bertulis kepada Suruhanjaya. (2) Suatu permohonan di bawah seksyen ini boleh ditarik balik pada bila-bila masa sebelum permohonan itu dibenarkan atau ditolak.
