(1) The Commission may, at any time after the receipt of an application for an individual licence under section 6, request the applicant to give to the Commission within the period specified in the request further information or document on the application.
(2) If any additional information or document required under subsection (1) is not provided by the applicant within the period specified in the request or any extension of time granted by the Commission, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, but without affecting the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.

Maklumat atau dokumen lanjut
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, pada bila-bila masa selepas menerima permohonan untuk suatu lesen individu di bawah seksyen 6, meminta pemohon untuk memberi kepada Suruhanjaya dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam permintaan itu maklumat atau dokumen lanjut mengenai permohonan itu.
(2) Jika apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen tambahan yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak diberikan oleh pemohon dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam permintaan itu atau apa-apa pelanjutan masa yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya, permohonan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah ditarik balik dan tidak lagi diteruskan, tetapi tanpa menjejaskan hak pemohon untuk membuat permohonan yang baru.
