s 67 Contract for the provision of sewerage services
(1) The owner, management corporation or occupier of any premises to whom sewerage services is provided shall be deemed, upon the provision of sewerage services to that premises, to have contracted with the service licensee providing sewerage services for the provision of sewerage services.
(2) An agreement referred to in subsection (1) shall be in the form and substance which is in compliance with any rules made by the Commission under section 180.

Kontrak bagi penyediaan perkhidmatan pembetungan
(1) Pemilik, perbadanan pengurusan atau penghuni manamana premis yang disediakan perkhidmatan pembetungan hendaklah disifatkan, sebaik sahaja perkhidmatan pembetungan disediakan bagi premis itu, telah berkontrak dengan pemegang lesen perkhidmatan yang menyediakan perkhidmatan pembetungan untuk penyediaan perkhidmatan pembetungan.
(2) Sesuatu perjanjian yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dalam bentuk dan kandungan yang mematuhi manamana kaedah yang dibuat oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah seksyen 180.
