Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 74
(1) The terms and conditions of any resolution of a dispute by the committee under this Chapter shall be accompanied with reasons and be in writing. (2) The committee shall provide the parties to the dispute with a copy of its decision as soon as practicable. (3) The decision of the committee shall be binding on the parties to the dispute.
Keputusan hendaklah secara bertulis
(1) Terma dan syarat apa-apa penyelesaian pertikaian oleh jawatankuasa di bawah Bab ini hendaklah disertakan dengan alasan dan hendaklah secara bertulis. (2) Jawatankuasa hendaklah memberikan pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu suatu salinan keputusannya dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan. (3) Keputusan jawatankuasa hendaklah mengikat pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu.
