Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 75
(1) The Commission shall maintain a register of all decisions of the committee under this Chapter in accordance with section 176. (2) The register shall contain— (a) the names of the parties to the dispute; (b) a general description of the matter pertaining to the decision and the decision; and (c) the date of the decision, except the reasons for the decision.
Pendaftaran keputusan
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu daftar mengenai semua keputusan jawatankuasa di bawah Bab ini mengikut seksyen 176. (2) Daftar itu hendaklah mengandungi— (a) nama pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu; (b) suatu perihalan am mengenai perkara yang berhubungan dengan keputusan itu dan keputusan itu; dan (c) tarikh keputusan itu, kecuali alasan bagi keputusan itu.
