s 78 Conduct of inquiry
(1) An inquiry under this Chapter is to be conducted as and when the Commission deems fit. (2) The Commission may combine two or more inquiries into a single inquiry. (3) All inquiries are to be open to the public.

Penjalanan siasatan
(1) Sesuatu siasatan di bawah Bab ini hendaklah dijalankan sebagaimana dan apabila disifatkan patut oleh Suruhanjaya. (2) Suruhanjaya boleh menggabungkan dua siasatan atau lebih menjadi satu siasatan. (3) Semua siasatan adalah terbuka kepada orang awam.
