s 81 Reports of public inquiry
(1) The Commission shall publish a report of its findings in respect of any public inquiry it conducts.
(2) The Commission shall publish the report within sixty days from the conclusion of the public inquiry.
(3) The Commission shall not include in the report any document, information or material—
(a) that is of a confidential nature;
(b) the disclosure of which is likely to prejudice the fair trial of a person;
(c) that would involve the unreasonable disclosure of personal information about any individual (including a deceased individual); or
(d) that is subject of an order made under section 80.

Laporan mengenai siasatan awam
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyiarkan suatu laporan mengenai dapatannya berkenaan dengan apa-apa siasatan awam yang dijalankan olehnya.
(2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyiarkan laporan itu dalam masa enam puluh hari dari tamatnya siasatan awam itu.
(3) Suruhanjaya tidak boleh memasukkan dalam laporan itu apa-apa dokumen, maklumat atau bahan —
(a) yang bersifat rahsia;
(b) yang penzahirannya mungkin menjejaskan perbicaraan adil seseorang;
(c) yang mungkin melibatkan penzahiran yang tidak munasabah mengenai maklumat peribadi mana-mana individu (termasuklah individu yang telah mati); atau
(d) yang tertakluk kepada suatu perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 80.
