Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 82
No civil proceedings shall lie against a person in respect of any loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person because of any of the following acts done in good faith: (a) the making of a request to hold an inquiry under section 77; or (b) the making of a statement to, or giving of a document or information to, the Commission in relation to an inquiry under this Chapter.
Perlindungan daripada tindakan sivil
Tiada prosiding sivil boleh diambil terhadap seseorang berkenaan dengan apa-apa jua jenis kehilangan, kerosakan atau kecederaan yang dialami oleh seseorang yang lain disebabkan oleh mana-mana perbuatan yang berikut yang dilakukan dengan suci hati: (a) pembuatan sesuatu permintaan untuk mengadakan suatu siasatan di bawah seksyen 77; atau (b) pembuatan sesuatu pernyataan kepada, atau pemberian sesuatu dokumen atau maklumat kepada, Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan suatu siasatan di bawah Bab ini.
