Safeguards Act 2006 s 21
(1) Once a decision has been taken to apply a provisional safeguard measure and before the measure takes effect, the Government shall notify the Committee in conformity with the requirements established by the Committee. (2) Before the measure is applied, the opportunity to be consulted as referred to in the Agreement shall be provided.
Pemberitahuan dan perundingan bagi suatu langkah perlindungan sementara
(1) Apabila suatu keputusan telah diambil untuk mengenakan suatu langkah perlindungan sementara dan sebelum langkah berkenaan berkuat kuasa, Kerajaan hendaklah memberitahu kepada Jawatankuasa bertepatan dengan keperluan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Jawatankuasa. (2) Sebelum langkah itu dikenakan, peluang bagi perundingan seperti yang disebut dalam Perjanjian hendaklah diberikan.
