s 12 Register of purchasers
The developer or Body, as the case may be, shall maintain a register in such form as the Commissioner may require, containing the following particulars in respect of all the parcels in the development area:
(a) the allocated share unit to be assigned to each parcel filed with the Commissioner;
(b) the floor area of the parcel referred to in paragraph (a);
(c) the name and address of every purchaser and if the purchaser is not a resident of Malaysia, the address in Malaysia at which notices may be served on the purchaser;
(d) the name and address of the solicitor acting for the purchaser in the sale and purchase of the parcel; and
(e) the number of parcels which are unsold.

Daftar pembeli
Pemaju atau Badan, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu daftar mengikut bentuk yang dikehendaki oleh Pesuruhjaya, yang mengandungi butir yang berikut berkenaan dengan segala petak dalam kawasan pemajuan:
(a) unit syer yang diumpukkan yang hendaklah diuntukkan kepada setiap petak yang difailkan dengan Pesuruhjaya;
(b) k e l u a s a n l a n t a i p e t a k y a n g d i s e b u t d a l a m perenggan (a);
(c) nama dan alamat tiap-tiap pembeli dan jika pembeli bukan seorang pemastautin Malaysia, alamat di Malaysia yang padanya notis boleh diserahkan ke atas pembeli;
(d) nama dan alamat peguam cara yang bertindak bagi pembeli dalam penjualan dan pembelian petak itu; dan
(e) bilangan petak yang tidak terjual.
