s 35 Representation in civil proceedings
Notwithstanding any other written law—
(a) in any civil proceedings by or against the Body; or
(b) in any other civil proceedings in which the Body is required or permitted by the court to be represented, or to be heard, or is otherwise entitled to be represented or to be heard,
any person authorized by the Body for that purpose may, on behalf of the Body, institute such proceedings or appear in such proceedings and may make all appearances and applications and do all acts in respect of the proceedings on behalf of the Body.

Pewakilan dalam prosiding sivil
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain—
(a) dalam apa-apa prosiding sivil oleh atau terhadap Badan; atau
(b) dalam apa-apa prosiding sivil lain yang Badan dikehendaki atau dibenarkan oleh mahkamah untuk diwakili, atau didengar, atau selainnya berhak untuk diwakili atau didengar,
mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa oleh Badan bagi maksud itu boleh, bagi Pihak Badan memulakan prosiding itu atau hadir dalam prosiding itu dan boleh membuat segala kehadiran dan permohonan dan melakukan segala tindakan berkenaan dengan prosiding itu bagi pihak Badan.
