s 1 Short title, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Labuan Native Title Act 2007. (2) This Act applies to the Federal Territory of Labuan. (3) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Hakmilik Anak Negeri Labuan 2007. (2) Akta ini terpakai bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. (3) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
