s 19 Native holding may be charged to financial institutions

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the proprietor of any native holding may charge such holding to any of the financial institutions as specified in the Second Schedule. (2) The Land Executive Committee may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, add to, delete from or amend the Second Schedule as it deems fit.

Pegangan anak negeri boleh digadaikan kepada institusi kewangan

(1) Walau apa pun apa-apa jua yang terkandung dalam Akta ini, tuan punya mana-mana pegangan anak negeri boleh menggadaikan pegangan itu kepada mana-mana institusi kewangan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua. (2) Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah boleh dari semasa ke semasa, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menambah kepada, memotong daripada atau meminda Jadual Kedua sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
