Labuan Native Title Act 2007 s 18

s 18 Native holding may be leased or transferred to Perbadanan Labuan or Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the proprietor of any native holding may lease or transfer such holding to the Perbadanan Labuan or Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan.

Pegangan anak negeri boleh dipajakkan atau dipindahkan hakmilik kepada Perbadanan Labuan atau Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan

Walau apa pun apa-apa jua yang terkandung dalam Akta ini, tuan punya mana-mana pegangan anak negeri boleh memajakkan atau memindahkan hakmilik pegangan itu kepada Perbadanan Labuan atau Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan.
