Labuan Native Title Act 2007 s 23

s 23 Doubtful cases shall be decided by the High Court

A reference shall be made to the High Court if any doubt arises as to the mode of operation of this Act or the manner in which the provisions of this Act are to be construed or carried into effect in relation to this Act.

Kes yang meragukan hendaklah diputuskan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi

Rujukan hendaklah dibuat kepada Mahkamah Tinggi jika apa-apa keraguan timbul tentang kaedah kuat kuasa Akta ini atau cara yang menurutnya peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah ditafsirkan atau dilaksanakan berhubung dengan Akta ini.
