s 24 Act to prevail against provisions of other laws
If in any case any conflict shall arise between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Code or the Rules of Court 2012 [P.U. (A) 205/2012], the provisions of this Act shall prevail.

Jika dalam mana-mana hal apa-apa pertelingkahan timbul antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan peruntukan Kanun atau Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012 [P.U. (A) 205/2012], peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai.
