s 102 Enforcement officers
For the purposes of this Act, the Minister may appoint any officer from the Ministry responsible for youth as an enforcement officer to perform any obligation relating to the enforcement and investigation under this Act.

Bagi maksud Akta ini, Menteri boleh melantik mana-mana pegawai dari Kementerian yang bertanggungjawab bagi belia sebagai pegawai penguat kuasa untuk melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan yang berhubungan dengan penguatkuasaan dan penyiasatan di bawah Akta ini.
