s 103 Powers of enforcement officers
An enforcement officer shall have all necessary powers— (a) to investigate any offence under this Act; (b) to carry out any investigation under this Act; or (c) to enforce any provision under this Act.

Kuasa pegawai penguat kuasa
Seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa hendaklah mempunyai semua kuasa yang perlu— (a) untuk menyiasat apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini; (b) untuk menjalankan apa-apa siasatan di bawah Akta ini; atau (c) untuk menguatkuasakan mana-mana peruntukan di bawah Akta ini.
