Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 104
(1) The enforcement officer in exercising any power under this Act shall declare his office and shall disclose to a person against whom such action is to be taken or from whom the information is to be required, an authorisation card as directed by the Registrar to be brought along by such officer. (2) The authorisation card mentioned under subsection (1) shall be issued by the Minister.
Penzahiran kad kuasa
(1) Seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa apabila menjalankan mana-mana kuasanya di bawah Akta ini hendaklah mengisytiharkan jawatannya dan hendaklah menzahirkan kepada orang yang terhadapnya tindakan akan diambil atau yang daripadanya maklumat akan dikehendaki, kad kuasa sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pendaftar untuk dibawa oleh pegawai itu. (2) Kad kuasa yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dikeluarkan oleh Menteri.
