Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 14
s 14 Representations
(1) The Registrar may give notice to any office-bearer of a registered youth society to make representations to the Registrar before he can be disqualified by the Registrar from holding an office under paragraph 13(1)(g).
(2) The representations may be made before the Registrar by personal appearance or through the presentation of documents, or both.
(3) The representations shall be made within thirty days from the date of the notice by the Registrar to the office-bearer.
(4) Any office-bearer of a registered youth society who is disqualified from holding office may appeal to the Minister against the Registrar’s decision within thirty days from the date of such decision.
(5) The Minister’s decision against an appeal shall be final and shall not be challenged in any court in Malaysia.

Representasi
(1) Pendaftar boleh memberikan notis kepada mana-mana pemegang jawatan pertubuhan belia berdaftar untuk membuat representasi kepada Pendaftar sebelum pemegang jawatan itu boleh dihilangkan kelayakan oleh Pendaftar daripada memegang jawatan di bawah perenggan 13(1)(g).
(2) Representasi itu boleh dibuat secara hadir sendiri atau melalui pengemukaan dokumen atau kedua-duanya sekali di hadapan Pendaftar.
(3) Representasi itu hendaklah dibuat dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh notis oleh Pendaftar kepada pemegang jawatan.
(4) Mana-mana pemegang jawatan pertubuhan belia berdaftar yang hilang kelayakan daripada memegang jawatan boleh merayu kepada Menteri terhadap keputusan Pendaftar dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh keputusan itu.
(5) Keputusan Menteri terhadap sesuatu rayuan adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dicabar dalam mana-mana mahkamah di Malaysia.
