Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 39
(1) Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Council appointed under paragraph 37(1)(i) shall hold office for a period not exceeding two years. (2) A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 37(1)(i) shall be eligible to be reappointed.
Tempoh jawatan
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikannya, seseorang anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 37(1)(i) hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun. (2) Seseorang anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 37(1)(i) adalah layak untuk dilantik semula.
