s 42 Filling of vacancies
Where a person ceases to be a member of the Council, the Minister may appoint another person to fill the vacancy and any person so appointed shall hold office for the remaining period.

Apabila seseorang tidak lagi menjadi anggota Majlis, Menteri boleh melantik orang lain untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut dan mana-mana orang yang dilantik itu hendaklah memegang jawatan itu selama baki tempoh jawatan itu.
