s 43 Committees
(1) The Council may establish any committee as it considers necessary or expedient to assist it in the performance of its functions.
(2) The Council may elect any of its members to be the Chairman of the committee.
(3) The Chairman of a committee may, with the consent of the Council appoint any person to be a member of a committee.
(4) A committee may invite any person to attend any meeting of the committee for the purpose of advising or assisting it on any matter under discussion but that person shall not be entitled to vote at the conference, meeting or deliberation.

Jawatankuasa
(1) Majlis boleh menubuhkan apa-apa jawatankuasa yang difikirkan perlu atau suai manfaat untuk membantunya melaksanakan fungsinya.
(2) Majlis boleh melantik mana-mana anggotanya menjadi Pengerusi jawatankuasa.
(3) Pengerusi sesuatu jawatankuasa boleh, dengan persetujuan Majlis melantik mana-mana orang untuk menganggotai sesuatu jawatankuasa.
(4) Jawatankuasa boleh mengundang mana-mana orang untuk menghadiri mana-mana mesyuarat jawatankuasa bagi maksud menasihatinya atau membantunya mengenai apa-apa perkara yang sedang dibincangkan tetapi orang tersebut tidak layak untuk mengundi dalam persidangan, mesyuarat atau pertimbangtelitian.
