Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 46
(1) The Council shall convene its conference not less than twice a year at such time and place as may be appointed by the Chairman. (2) The quorum for the conference shall not be less than half of the total filled members of the Council. (3) Any decision of the Council shall be made by way of consultation.
Persidangan Majlis
(1) Majlis hendaklah mengadakan persidangannya tidak kurang daripada dua kali setahun pada bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana tempat yang ditentukan oleh Pengerusi. (2) Kuorum bagi persidangan hendaklah tidak kurang daripada separuh jumlah keanggotaan Majlis yang diisi. (3) Apa-apa keputusan Majlis hendaklah dibuat secara rundingan.
