s 47 Disqualification to be a member
(1) Any member of the Council representing a youth society affiliated to the national main body of youth societies at the national level who no longer holds office in his respective society or the society has been cancelled under this Act, shall be deemed to have ceased from being a member of the Council.
(2) Any member of the Council shall be deemed to have ceased from being a member of the Council if he no longer holds office in the main body of youth societies at the national level.

Kehilangan kelayakan menjadi anggota
(1) Mana-mana anggota Majlis yang mewakili pertubuhan belia yang bergabung dengan badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan yang tidak lagi memegang jawatan dalam pertubuhannya masing-masing atau pendaftaran pertubuhan tersebut telah dibatalkan di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah terhenti daripada menjadi anggota Majlis.
(2) Mana-mana anggota Majlis hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah terhenti daripada menjadi anggota Majlis apabila dia tidak lagi memegang jawatan dalam badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan.
