Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 55
(1) A body corporate by the name of “Malaysian Institute For Research In Youth Development” is established with perpetual succession and a common seal. (2) The Institute may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
Institut Penyelidikan Pembangunan Belia Malaysia
(1) Suatu pertubuhan perbadanan dengan nama “Institut Penyelidikan Pembangunan Belia Malaysia” ditubuhkan yang kekal turun-temurun dan mempunyai suatu meterai perbadanan. (2) Institut boleh membawa guaman atau dibawa guaman terhadapnya atas nama perbadanannya.
