Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 61
(1) The Board shall be the executive body of the Institute and may exercise all the powers conferred on the Institute, save as otherwise provided by this Act or any regulations made under this Act. (2) The functions of the Board shall include the carrying on of all such activities and the doing of all such things as are necessary or advantageous and proper for the government, control and administration of the Institute.
Kuasa dan fungsi Lembaga
(1) Lembaga hendaklah menjadi badan eksekutif Institut dan boleh menjalankan semua kuasa yang diberikan kepada Institut, kecuali selain yang diperuntukkan oleh Akta ini atau apa-apa peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini. (2) Fungsi Lembaga hendaklah termasuk menjalankan semua aktiviti dan melakukan semua perkara yang perlu atau memberi faedah dan sesuai untuk kerajaan, kawalan dan pentadbiran Institut.
