Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 62
(1) Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Board shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years. (2) A m e m b e r o f t h e B o a r d s h a l l b e e l i g i b l e f o r reappointment.
Tempoh jawatan
(1) Tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikannya, seseorang anggota Lembaga hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun. (2) Seseorang anggota Lembaga hendaklah layak untuk dilantik semula.
