Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 75
It shall be the duty of the Institute to conserve the Fund by so performing its functions and exercising its power under this Act as to secure that the total revenue of the Institute are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account including depreciation and interest on capital taking one year with another.
Pemeliharaan Kumpulan Wang
Menjadi kewajipan Institut untuk memelihara Kumpulan Wang dengan melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini dengan sedemikian cara supaya dapat dipastikan bahawa jumlah hasil Institut mencukupi untuk membayar semua jumlah wang yang boleh dipertanggungkan dengan sepatutnya kepada akaun hasilnya, termasuk susut nilai dan bunga atas modal, dari setahun ke setahun.
