Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 95
Any person who furnishes to the Registrar, Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar, any information or document required under this Act or regulations made thereunder which he either knows or has reason to believe is false commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit.

Mana-mana orang yang memberikan kepada Pendaftar, Timbalan Pendaftar atau Penolong Pendaftar, apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen yang dikehendaki di bawah Akta ini atau peraturanperaturan yang dibuat di bawahnya, yang sama ada dia mengetahui atau ada sebab untuk mempercayai adalah palsu melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit.
