s 96 Presumptions
In any proceedings under this Act—
(a) where it is proved that a main body of youth societies at national level, society, association, voluntary organization or youth club, is in existence, it shall be presumed that such main body of youth societies at national level, society, association, voluntary organisation or youth club is a youth society within the meaning of this Act unless the contrary is proved;
(b) it shall not be necessary for the prosecution to prove that a youth society possesses a name or that it has been constituted or is usually known under a particular name; and
(c) where it is alleged that a youth society is an unlawful youth society, the burden of proving that it is a lawful youth society, shall lie on the person charged.

Anggapan
Dalam apa-apa prosiding di bawah Akta ini—
(a) jika dibuktikan bahawa sesuatu badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan, pertubuhan, persatuan, organisasi sukarela atau kelab belia wujud, maka hendaklah dianggap bahawa badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan, pertubuhan, persatuan, organisasi sukarela atau kelab belia itu suatu pertubuhan belia dalam erti Akta ini melainkan jika dibuktikan sebaliknya;
(b) tidaklah perlu bagi pihak pendakwa membuktikan bahawa suatu pertubuhan belia itu mempunyai nama atau bahawa ia telah ditubuhkan atau biasanya dikenali dengan suatu nama yang tertentu; dan
(c) jika sekiranya suatu pertubuhan belia dikatakan sebagai suatu pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang, beban pembuktian yang ia adalah suatu pertubuhan belia yang sah, hendaklah terletak ke atas orang yang dipertuduhkan itu.
